Our March 2008 Program:

Join us and our guest speaker MMRWA member Loralee Lillibridge for her talk, “So You’re Published, Now What?” Loralee will present an overview of how to deal with what comes next after making that first sale – revisions, copy edits, deadlines and learning to promote your book - while continuing to write fresh, new stories that will grab an editor’s interest.

After many years of writing, Loralee Lillibridge saw her first contemporary romance novel, ACCIDENTAL HERO, published in December 2005 as a Silhouette Special Edition. In NEORWA’s Romancing the Novel contest, this manuscript won First Place and was requested by the final editor judge. From there, a contract was offered and the journey to publication began. A second novel has yet to find its way to publication, but Loralee continues to write and submit.
